LOS ANGELES (AP) ,Cbs television studios still wants to evict "The Glass House" from the airwaves.
Your network moved ahead with its lawsuit versus ABC this week simply by amending its submitting that alleges Learning the alphabet copied elements of "Big Brother" due to the new reality TV competition series "The Goblet House."
Cbs television studios attorneys added numerous more objections to the show now that Mastening numbers has aired numerous episodes, arguing that will "'Glass House' employs the same piece, themes, mood,beats by dre pas cher, placing, pace, characters,casque monster beats, conversation, sequence of events and other concrete aspects making up 'Big Brother.'"
Cbs television studios originally sought to halt "Glass House" from premiering in June, but a government judge refused. U.S. District Determine Gary Feess agreed along with ABC attorneys whom argued that many in the filming techniques employed on "Glass House" are not unique to "Big Brother" and are employed in other reality Tv programs.
Both shows use dozens of cameras to monitor a houseful of contestants vying for a cash prize,basketball shoes, but Feess ruled the shows will probably play out very in a different way.
Among the similarities in which CBS added to its lawsuit this week have been that both demonstrates feature an "obligatory older" as well as "openly gay" player, "showmances" as a plot of land element and "generally comfy, cloistered house" environments.
CBS claims "Glass House" violates copyrights and trade secrets from "Big Brother" as well as alleges that lots of former "Big Brother" staffers and companies now working with Mastening numbers on "Glass House" may have violated non-disclosure agreements.
The 7th episode of "Glass House" broadcasted Monday on Mastening numbers.
The 14th season of "Big Brother" is currently airing three nights every week on CBS.
A spokesman for Mastening numbers said the community has no comment concerning the updated lawsuit.
ABC lawyers previously mentioned "Glass House" is different because many of the contestants' decisions, and which remains in the house, are made by audience votes. Only the first time of year of "Big Brother" allowed viewers to choose which houseguest was evicted.
